Ceremonial Graduation of International Security and Development Studies students
On September 13, the ceremonial graduation of the International Security and Development Studies's student program took place. The official reception of the diplomas was organized in the Jagiellonian Hall of the Collegium Maius at the Jagiellonian University.
According to the event’s schedule, the speeches were delivered by the Dean of International Studies and Development, Prof. Paweł Laidler, Director of the Center for International Studies and Development, Prof. Marcin Grabowski and student's representatives Esther Staes and Morgana Bettega Gazabin. A ceremonial lecture was also given by the Vice-Rector of the University of Siena, Prof. Luca Verzichelli, entitled The Europe of elites who are still to come.
The event was also attended by special guests: Chairman of the Council of the Center for International Studies and Development, Prof. Andrzej Mania, NAWA Chair Project investigator's: Promoting Order at the Edge of Turbulence, Prof. Emilian Kavalski, CISAD lecturers, as well as administrative staff.
