A new book “Canada as a Selective Power” by Marcin Gabryś and Tomasz Soroka has been published. The publication was funded from the grant of the National Science Centre. It is the result of several years of research conducted by authors, among others, at Canadian academic centres and in the OECD. The monograph presents a new (and authors’ own) perspective on Canada's contemporary foreign policy on Canada’s position and role(s) in the dynamically changing international affairs.
