The second Workshop in the framework of the Visegrad Project

At the Faculty of Political Sciences at University of Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, on 10th May the next Workshop in the framework of the Visegrad Project titled Understanding Identities and Regions  – Perspectives on V4 and WB took place.  The workshop (open to the public) consisted of three panels: 1) Academic discourse on identities; 2) Elements shaping identities in the V4 and 3) Elements shaping identities in the Western Balkans. The project is coordinated by Christina Griessler, Research Fellow for netPOL, Andrássy University Budapest. The partners are from University  of  Sarajevo, Center for European Neighborhood Studies (CENS), Institute of Political Science, Department of Social Sciences, University of Wrocław, Department  of  Political  Science  and  Humanities,  Metropolitan University Prague and Institute of European Studies, Jagiellonian University. In the meeting took place as well representatives from Academic Unit for International Economics and Business at University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Humanities Department of Political Science and International Studies at University of Pecs, University of Donja Gorica from Montenegro.

The Institute of European Studies at JU is represented by Dr. Kinga Anna Gajda. The project is funded by the International Visegrad Fund. (Grand 218200078)
