Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, which began on February 24, 2022, resulted in an unprecedented influx of war refugees to Poland. It is estimated that more than 9.5 million Ukrainians have arrived in Poland since February 24. Even if more than 7.6 million of them have returned to Ukraine, the arrival of such a huge number of refugees posed a great challenge for the Polish authorities, the public administration, society and NGOs, too.

The abovementioned situation allowed NGOs and IGOs to collect experience, allowing to assess the effectiveness of NGOs, IGOs as well as identify the strengths and weaknesses in delivery of humanitarian aid.

The meeting is aimed as a platform for exchange current NGOs and IGOs experience, evaluate cooperation with public administration, as well as to identify challenges faced by these organizations and ways to increase their effectiveness.
